Craig O’Hanlon, Director of Project Management

Craig brings a diverse set of skills and knowledge to J.C. Richards Construction, having been acknowledged as a renaissance man.

Over the past 30 years, Craig’s portfolio includes successfully managing projects as a professionally trained executive chef building and managing restaurants, a marketing and brand management consultant, and owning a successful landscape design and maintenance company.

As a Construction Project Manager, Craig is the liaison between the superintendent and the client. He enjoys working closely with the business owner, looking holistically at each project to turn their concept from a paper blueprint into the final physical building.

Drawing on his past experiences, Craig appreciates the size and autonomy of J.C. Richards Construction, “While we all have different styles, as a manager, John has built a culture of trust into the company.”

In his spare time, Craig owns a successful CrossFit style gym in Tacoma where he enjoys coaching, teaching nutrition, and is a registered yoga instructor.
