As Chief Operating Officer, Kathi oversees the business’s day-to-day administrative and operational function, ensuring everything is up-to-date and running smoothly.  

“It’s been amazing watching the company grow. I like that it’s a family affair, and everyone supports one another,” said Kathi.

When Kathi can pull herself away from the office, she finds time for herself gardening, playing in the yard with her two American Labradors, and traveling when she can. Kathi and John love to travel, whether exploring the Pacific Northwest in their airstream or experiencing new adventures abroad.
